Replacement Parts

We have a wide variety of replacement parts to help you fix your products when parts go missing or are damaged. Many of our product's parts can be ordered directly from the product's page on our website. If you are unable to find the product, or the part for that product, you may email us at support@villagelighting.com.

How To Order Replacement Parts:
To submit a request for replacement parts, visit our website's product page for your specific product. Click on the section labeled "Customer Service" underneath the "Add To Cart" button, where you will find a link to "Request Replacement Parts". After clicking, a pop up will appear. Fill out the form completely, and submit it. If we have questions regarding your request, we will contact you, otherwise we will ship out your replacement part as quickly as possible.
